Born in Omaha, NE and living in a few more states throughout his life, Eric relocated to Grand Junction with his now-wife in 2015 fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to Colorado to be closer to his family and the mountains. Having visited the state, from Grand Junction to Crested Butte, since he was five years old the western slope has always called to him.
Born in Omaha, NE and living in a few more states throughout his life, Eric relocated to Grand Junction with his now-wife in 2015 fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to Colorado to be closer to his family and the mountains. Having visited the state, from Grand Junction to Crested Butte, since he was five years old the western slope has always called to him.When he’s not showing homes Eric can be found stoking the fire of his smoker or campfire on a camping trip, hiking the Colorado National Monument or Grand Mesa, or reading yet another historical non-fiction about a subject he probably knows too much about already. He lives near downtown Grand Junction with his wife Amanda and cat Buz Lee. If you’re on a walk in the area you might hear the sounds of his guitar pouring out their window.
Living downtown allows Eric and Amanda to experience all that the area offers, from local restaurants and pubs to weekly farmer’s markets and festivals from spring to fall. You can probably find them frequenting Feisty Pint or Palisade Brewing Company with friends. With his wife being a local wedding photographer, the two explore the western slope most weekends, from Glenwood Springs and Crested Butte to Telluride and Moab. They love camping and finding new areas to hike and new breweries to try, and are stoked to call the western slope home.
